Refund policy

1. Returns and Exchanges Policy

Please order accurately as all sales are final. Kusuum Home does not accept returns or exchanges for any wallpaper orders, whether shipped within the US or internationally. Upon receipt of your items, carefully inspect all products before use. Confirm that you have received the correct items in the correct quantities. Should you be dissatisfied with the quality of your goods, contact us immediately. However, no returns for overage will be accepted.

2. Damaged Goods

While we ensure all goods are delivered in perfect condition, should your item arrive damaged or not match the website description, you have 14 days to notify us. Please include your order number in your communication.

In the event of faulty goods, upon our inspection, items showing fair wear and tear will not be replaced. Where possible, a replacement will be provided, or otherwise, a refund will be offered, including shipping costs. Refund processing times vary by payment method.

3. Cancellations

Cancellations for wallpaper orders must be made within 48 hours of order receipt for a full refund. After this period, sales are considered final.

4. Bespoke Items

Bespoke items, tailored to your specifications, are also covered by our all-sales-are-final policy. No returns or exchanges can be accepted, and cancellations are only possible within 48 hours of placing the order or paying a deposit. For items delivered in a faulty or damaged state, please refer to our damaged goods policy.
