The Kusuum website is owned and run by Kusuum Home.
When you purchase items from our website, you understand that you are entering into a contract with Kusuum Home and agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions. If you have any queries, please raise them at dsackey@kusuumhome.com before you place your order.
1 Products
1.1 We try to describe our products accurately. However, with wallpaper the pattern and color can appear different on screen and in real life. A true match depends on how your monitor shows color.
1.2 Please note that we cannot guarantee availability of listed products. If a product is discontinued or out of stock, we'll notify you and offer a full refund, or suggest an alternative.
2 Ordering and delivery
2.1 At Kusuum Home, we reserve the right to decline an order for any reason. That can typically happen because of inaccurate description or pricing.
2.2 Note that we are unable to return or exchange orders.
2.3 Once we dispatch your products, your order will be deemed to be accepted and completed, unless you have been told that we are unable to accept your order or you have cancelled it (check our returns policy here).
2.4 In the event of issues with your order, a member of our team will contact you. Take care to give us your precise postal address as we can not be held responsible for goods undelivered due to incorrect address details. All deliveries must be signed for at the stated delivery address.
3 Order cancellation and returns
Items sent back to us that have not reached you are not our responsibility. If you change your mind before dispatch and wish to cancel, please email us at orders@kusuumhome.com as soon as possible. You can read our returns policy here.
4 Pricing and payment information
4.1 All prices include sales tax.
4.2 Should your card issuer decline payment, we'll get in touch. We can not accept your order without full payment. Note that any taxes or shipping charges payable are your responsibility.
5 Intellectual property
When you enter into a contract with Kusuum Home, you accept that all trademarks, copyright, and other intellectual property relating to the Kusuum Home website and our products are owned by us. You are not allowed to copy, distribute, publicise or create derivative work from this website, or from any Kusuum Home products without our express permission.
