1. General Shipping Information

At Kusuum Home, we strive to ship your online order within 4 weeks. A full street address with zip code is required to ensure delivery. For bespoke items, we will reach out with an approximate lead time and again immediately prior to dispatch.

2. Shipping in the US and Canada

We are based in the US, with a flat delivery fee. Orders exceeding a certain value qualify for free shipping.

3. International Shipping

Shipping charges for international orders are calculated based on parcel volume. Note: Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU); taxes or import duties are the recipient's responsibility.
