1 General shipping information

At Kusuum, we aim to ship your online order within four working days. To ensure delivery, we will need a full street address complete with zip code. If you've ordered bespoke items, we will contact you to give you an approximate lead time and again immediately prior to dispatch.

2 Shipping in the US and Canada

We are US-based and there's a flat fee for US deliveries of [price]. Orders above [price] attract FREE shipping.

3 Shipping outside the US

For international orders, we work out shipping charges based on the volume of the parcel. Note that we ship using Delivery Duty Unpaid. You are responsible for any taxes or import duty due on your order. 

 

4 Returning and exchanging goods

Note that we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on bespoke items. All other wallpapers can be returned when bought from our online store. For a full refund, please email us to have the return agreed within 14 days of you receiving the goods.

It is your responsibility to organize postage or a courier to return the goods. You must pay the return postage. Please try to organize proof of delivery and reliable tracking.

Please use original packaging to return goods and ensure they are in perfect condition. If we deem an item not to be resaleable, we reserve the right not to refund you. Any refunds are at the full discretion of the business owner. If agreed, expect a refund within around a week of receipt at our offices.

5 International returns

We ship globally but can not organize item returns from outside the US and Canada. This is your responsibility, as is payment for delivery charges and customs duty.
Please email us before sending an international return if you have any specific queries.

6 Damaged goods

Note that your wallpaper may appear slightly bowed after
delivery. Gently stretch and manipulate the roll before hanging. 

 

Please note that Kusuum makes every effort to deliver our goods to you in perfect condition and we examine them closely for faults. In the unlikely event your item is damaged or doesn't appear to match the description on our website, you have 14 days to email us with a description of the problem. Please include your order number. 

 

We inspect all items returned as faulty. Items exhibiting fair wear and tear will not be replaced. Otherwise, if a replacement is in stock, we will replace the faulty item. If you want a replacement, rather than a refund, please explain this clearly by email.

Where we can't provide a replacement, you will be offered a refund equal to the amount you paid for the goods plus shipping costs. A refund to your card will usually take around seven days to clear and PayPal refunds can take up to 30 days.

It's advisable to
email us to establish the best way of returning a faulty item to us.

7 Changed your mind?

If you've changed your mind about a wallpaper order you've received, you have 14 days after receipt of your order to tell us you want to make a return. 

 

You can return full price and sale goods from our online shop. For a full refund, you'll need to courier goods back to us as soon as possible. We are unable to reimburse these fees.

Please return all items in the original packaging if possible and in perfect condition. The business owner reserves the right to decline a refund.

8 Bespoke items

Please note that bespoke items are not part of our returns and exchange scheme as we make these to your individual requirements. It's our policy to establish that you're fully satisfied with your order bur regret we can not offer refunds or cancellations 48 hours after you've placed the order or paid a deposit.
